TalentoPetrolero is a Venezuelan B2B workforce services company providing the following services to national and international oil and gas operators and service companies:

• Technical recruitment and direct placement of Venezuelan oil and gas professionals
• Managed workforce services — we employ, manage, and deploy compliant local teams to client projects
• Workforce training and HSE certification programs
• Payroll and HR administration for Venezuelan-based personnel

Important: TalentoPetrolero is a Venezuelan-owned and operated workforce services company, not a staffing agency or job board. All workforce engagements are structured to comply fully with Venezuelan labor law (LOTTT) and applicable international regulations.

To use TalentoPetrolero's services, you must:

• Represent a legally registered business entity
• Be authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws of Venezuela and your home jurisdiction

When engaging TalentoPetrolero, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your workforce requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during engagements
• Not misrepresent your organization, project scope, or intended use of our services
• Comply with all applicable Venezuelan labor laws and international regulations in your operations

When using TalentoPetrolero's website and services, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Extract data through scraping, bots, or automated methods
• Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications
• Engage in conduct that could harm our reputation or the interests of our clients or candidates

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

All intellectual property rights in the TalentoPetrolero platform and materials, including but not limited to the following, are the property of TalentoPetrolero or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission:

• Website design, source code, and architecture
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Editorial content and original texts
• Graphics, images, and visual elements
• Databases and compiled information

TalentoPetrolero does NOT guarantee:

• That any specific candidate will meet your requirements
• That any workforce engagement will result in a specific business outcome
• That all information on our platform is completely accurate or current
• That our services will be available without interruption or error

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentoPetrolero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TalentoPetrolero acts as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between TalentoPetrolero and the Client.

For managed workforce engagements, TalentoPetrolero is the employer of record for deployed personnel. The Client is responsible for directing the work within the scope agreed in the service contract, and for complying with all applicable site safety and operational requirements.

Your privacy is important to us. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TalentoPetrolero at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or legal or regulatory requirements. You may also terminate your engagement at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Venezuela.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TalentoPetrolero with respect to the use of our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
